Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the service:

  • Account information. Your email address, collected when you create an account via Clerk. We do not collect your name unless you provide it.
  • Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription and which tier you are on. This is stored as metadata on your Clerk account.
  • Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card number, billing address, or any other payment details. We only store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

What We Do Not Collect

  • Market data or chart data. All CSV files you import into the analyzer are processed entirely in your browser. No price data, ticker symbols, or analysis results are ever transmitted to our servers.
  • Usage analytics. We do not currently run behavioral analytics or track how you use the tool.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and manage your account
  • To verify your subscription status and grant access to the appropriate tier
  • To contact you with service-related information (e.g. billing issues)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management. Their privacy policy governs how your login data is handled.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Their privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained per their policy.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems. Payment records may be retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and applicable financial regulations.
